Have there been any weddings in ISIS-controlled territories?
Yes there have been reported IS weddings reported, I figure life goes on no matter who or where you are. The weddings that have been circulated are normally pushed as propaganda. One wedding showed that the bride demanded as part of the wedding contract that she be allowed be a suicide bomber The chilling wedding certificate that shows the disturbing demand of one jihadi bride Another that I can't find at the moment showed the bride and groom on honeymoon in Raqqa and enjoying the "bliss" of the Islamic State. All of these that are leaked or promoted by IS try to portray to potential recruits that coming to IS is going to be great. What they don't show are the forced marriages of young girls to fighters as a reward for their efforts in battle. They don't show 14 and 15 year old pregnant wives dressed head to toe in black. They don't tell of the "marriages" of the girls as young as 10 years old who are sold as sex slaves to fighters. These marriages are only there to satisfy the apostates of IS who use it as an excuse to rape these young girls and then divorce them when they are used up. They are then sold on to their next "husband". I'm sure that IS due issue wedding certificates but to my mind they are not worth the paper that they are written on.
