Is it possible to update the Arya Samaj wedding certificate?
I had an Arya Samaj marriage certificate too but I wanted to register it with the SDM office. But I could not use the Arya Samaj certificate for the same as my husbands DOB was incorrect in that certificate. So I applied to SDM office with my wedding card and two witnesses , filled their application form and one affidavit was also made citing the date of marriage. Also , as I have a kid , I attached her birth certificate to the application as we both got our names in it. Then on the appointment day we went to the registrar and after completing the formalities we got our marriage certificate.
