How do I go about getting a military wedding certificate?
There is no such thing, at least in the US military. You take your new spouse and your marriage license to the ID card office at your base. They will make a dependent ID card for your spouse and make an entry into the DEERS database. This will entitle your spouse to military medical care, use of the exchange and commissary system, and other benefits.
